Registration

 

REGISTER FOR THE FALL 2008 SEASON

 

Fall 2008 Registration and Fitting of Players will take place on Wednesday, May 28th, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Hope E Free Church, located at 3000 Lenhart Road.
 

Players must be present during registration in order to be weighed and measured for equipment.
 

Parents must also bring a copy of the player’s birth certificate that can be left with the league. The registration fee of $85.00 may be paid by check or cash. Click below for a copy of the registration form to be completed and turned in at Hope.

How To Register

1. Complete the registration form.

2. Make a Copy of the player’s birth certificate

3. Fax your completed registration form and copy of the player's birth certificate to (800) 871-3196.

4. Pay your $85.00 Registration fee (per person).  All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Payment options include:

   • In Person: Bring your fee, registration form, and copy of the player's birth certificate to the in-person registration.

    

5. After your payment is complete, contact your appropriate coach via e-mail or telephone.  Please see the Team page to determine your assigned team and coach.
